Calling All Artists!
The Young Native Artists Calendar is once again looking for submissions for the 2009 calendar. If any students have artwork they would like to submit, please feel free to see Mr. Restoule General. He can help you with your entry form and mail the artwork in for you. This can be artwork you have already created, in or outside of school, new or old, OR you can create an original piece specifically for the calendar. See the bulletin board outside the 7-3 classroom for details.

Shaw Festival Fabulous!

What an awesome day we had today at the Shaw Festival. The backstage tour, pre-show talk, lunch, downtown walk, An Inspector Calls performance, and post show Q&A were all fantastic and a truly enriching experience!Perhaps the only thing better was the behaviour and the way our students conducted themselves and represented our school. I am extremely pleased with how the whole day went. Everyone involved has made it very encouraging and enticing to plan more activities and field trips like this. Thanks to everyone involved! Please post a comment about your day for others to read.
