MS Read-a-thon Begins Today

We had our MS Read-a-thon assembly today. Students received a notice for tonight's read aloud. They will get each get an envelope for sponsors and logging reading minutes. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me or leave a comment and i will get back to you.

There are individual awards that can be won from the MS Society. Teachers have posters in their classrooms displaying these prizes. The class with the highest amount of money raised per student (averaged) will win a pizza party. Finally,
if the school raises $4000, then Mr. Restoule General will dye his hair, blonde. Platinum blonde.
Like this German dude, only in a slick ponytail.

The reading period runs from now until November 14th. Money can then be brought in between the 14th and the 21st. On Friday the 21st, the students who have raised a minimum of $20, will be allowed to go to a MS Read-a-thon Super Reader Raiser dance in the afternoon. If everyone in the school raises $20, then the hair will be blonde as well.
