SKATE / HOCKEY GAME #1 - 2009

A reminder for everyone to bring their skates for and hour of skating prior to the first teacher vs. student hockey game of the year. This year Coach Brayden "1967" Watts will be making his debut behind the bench at the Gaylord Powless Arena. Coach Watts has stated, "that he has a young and inexperience bunch of hockey players, however he feels that they might actually be able to score a goal or two". After three seasons of Restoule-General behind the bench, compiling a record of 0-8, hopefully Coach Watts can bring some youthful enthusiasm into the student team. If not they may be in for a long night.

Here is the starting lineup for the students: 1) Stevie "Snowplough" Harris 2) Brittany "Buttercup" Aaron 3) Bradyn "Benchwarmer" Isaacs 4) Jenyka "Wobblylegs" Webster 5) Daniel "I Need Someone To Tie My Skates" Henhawk 6) Abby "Can't Raise The Puck" Hill 7) Kristen "Killer" Monture 8) Austin "Swiss Cheese" Hill 9) Kuris "Bruises Easily" Martin 10) Taylor "Can't Skate" Jacobs 11) Larry "The Snowflake" Hill 12) Kessler "Donothingontheice" Doolittle 13) Shane "The Captain" Capton 14) Keaton "Mommas Boy" Williams 15) Howie "The Snowman" Smith 16) Josh "Please Don't Take A Slapshot At Me" Miller 17) Eric " I Didn't Do It" Thomas 18) Tyler "Tiny" Montour and 18) Lyndsay "Late" General.

Dirty Dancing Tickets SOLD OUT!!!

It seems that a number of people just couldn't wait to go see Dirty Dancing.  It's a good thing some people got their forms in early, as the trip sold out today.  There will be a lottery for the ones who came in just as the final tickets were being sold, and the rest will be put on a waiting list, in case someone is unable to go.  Let's hope you all have the time of your life, March 11th!

The Home and School will be running the food booth, ALL DAY. They need parent volunteers to ensure a successful fundraising event. The menu is hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chips and water.
